During Compassionate Injury (CI) sessions, we firstly get to know each other. We go into an 'inquiry' process, checking in regularly around body sensations and what is going on within your nervous system.
We uncover areas of your life where you may have developed 'survival strategies' that are now, no longer longer serving you.
When you understand how certain patterns emerged, you can make peace with them and develop new skills that are more adaptive to your current situation.
We look at ways that you can free yourself from stress, anxiety and emotional road blocks.
We identify your personal strengths and opportunities, aiming to build upon what works.
We discover potentially limiting beliefs that may be holding you back. We also look at practical ways that you can de-stress your system with nutrition and supplementation, ways to improve sleep and create an exercise/ movement routine that work for you. Essentially, we grow your tool kit around all things wellbeing - aiming to empower you, to help yourself.
60 min (CI) Coaching Session
Holistic Chronic Disease & Pain Management
Holistic Nursing support at your own home.
Full health assessment (including strength and mobility)
Consultation discussing current diagnosis, current medications, pain levels, diet, movement, mental/emotional factors, what works/does not work.
I provide you with a holistic management plan, including movement, self massage and bodywork techniques, nutritional advice, supplement recommendations and lifestyle interventions.
60 min consultation and management plan
60 min Nursing Support
One On One Integration Support Package
Specific support for those who are engaging in plant medicine work
4 week program (via zoom)
1 x 60 min session before retreat/ dieta
How to set yourself up for success
Preparing family, friends and work spaces
3 x 60 min sessions following retreat/ dieta
Support processing and making sense of any difficult visions, lessons, insights
Support with carrying valuable realizations into your daily life
